• 2 large red bell peppers
• 12-14 Roma tomatoes
• 1/2 red onion
• 1/2 white onion
• 2 large poblano peppers
• 4 medium/large jalapeños
• Juice of one lime
• Zest of one lime
• 6 large cloves of garlic
• 1/4 cup minced cilantro
• 1/4 tbsp cumin
• 1 tbsp knorr
• 2 tbsp salt (more to taste)
• Char peppers and onions and tomatoes on grill, roast garlic
• Blend (+ lime, salt, knorr, cilantro)
